Sicilian Toasted almonds is a multiuse product for gelato and Italian pastry (almond paste, marzipan and martorana) and cuisine.
Gelato: 130gr almond paste, 1000gr White base mix, 100gr full cream milk
Italian Pastry Usuage: 150gr Almond paste, 1000gr pastry cream or heavy cream
Drinks: 130gr Almond paste, 1000gr water (to make granita or almond milk)
