Classic Elenka White Chocolate paste. Can be used to make many types of Gelato and used for Italiian Pastry's in creams, desserts, semifreddi, biscotti, profiterol, sauces, mousse, bavarese, ganache, praline, sponge cake and fillings.

Italian Pastry Recipe: 80gr Unica, 1000gr pastry or heavy cream
