Classic confectionery Elenka Chocolate Paste, may be used to make following gelato flavors: gianduia, chocolate, white & milk chocolate, chocolate cookies, caramel chocolate bar.
In Italian pastry confectionery baking it is used to coat profiteroles and pastry and may flavor creams, desserts, semifreddi, biscotti, profiteroles, sauces, mousse, bavarese, ganache, praline, sponge cake and fillings.
