Tiramisu is made with Sicily's famous Marsala wine, coffee and egg custard, Used for gelato and Italian pastry a confectionery product.
Gelato Recipe: 80gr Tiramisu, 1000gr White base mix (can add 150gr of milk)
Italian Pastry Recipe: Tiramisu cake, 120gr Tiramisu, 1000gr heavvy cream, 250gr milk, 150gr Pronto Crema Elenka, 100gr powdered sugar (mount all in a planetary mixer)
