The straw colour of Montigo Super 70° indicates a high proportion of pure distillate, processed to obtain a marked and personal flavour with a slight aroma that softens the fragrance of the original rum, providing a balanced and rounded taste.Montigo Super 70°, is an aroma indicated for refined flavouring without pungent aftertastes, with high flavour persistence and therefore especially suited for babà, savarin, etc. where overly aggressive connotations are not welcome.
